How the collaboration works
Every measurement lab is different. That’s why I don’t sell generic CMM or 3D metrology services — I work through a clear, step-by-step collaboration process, adapted to your real measurement problem.
Step 1 – Initial Technical Discussion (Free)
We start with a short technical discussion to understand:
- your measurement equipment and software
- the type of parts you measure
- current problems (unstable programs, unclear results, backlog, audits, etc.)
📌 No sales pressure. This step is only to see if I can genuinely help you.
Step 2 – Project Filtering & Scope Definition
Together we define:
- what can be solved remotely
- what requires direct access to your environment
- what is strategy & structure, and what is hands-on execution
📌 This protects both sides and avoids unrealistic expectations.
Step 3 – Pilot intervention (Recommended)
The pilot can include (one or more):
- review of an existing CMM program
- optimization of measurement strategy
- clarification of GD&T / GPS requirements
- reporting structure improvement
- stabilization of a problematic feature or alignment
🎯 Goal:
To prove value before committing to a larger project.
What You Get
- Clear technical feedback, not theory
- Practical recommendations applied to your real parts
- Direct collaboration with your engineers
A clear decision after the pilot:
- Continue the collaboration
- Stop, with no obligation
📌 Think of it as having an experienced measurement engineer temporarily inside your lab.
