No. Collaboration does not require you to purchase new equipment.
I work using your existing infrastructure (machines, software, current programs), through applied support, review, optimization, and guided program development.
If physical measurements are required, they can be performed by a trusted CMM partner, with my direct involvement in defining requirements and validating results.
This is a technical collaboration, not classic outsourcing.
I do not replace your internal team, but support it where there are bottlenecks, time constraints, or specific challenges.
The goal is for both results and know-how to remain inside your organization.
That is exactly why I recommend a pilot intervention.
The pilot is a limited, controlled engagement that allows you to evaluate:
working style
communication
achieved results
After the pilot, the decision is clear: continue or stop, with no further obligation.
The risk is minimal.
All work is performed through clearly defined steps, without disrupting production flow or daily laboratory operations.
Any change is discussed, validated, and applied in a controlled manner.
Not always.
Many projects can be handled efficiently remotely (analysis, optimization, review, applied support).
On-site presence is recommended only when it provides clear added value and is decided together.
You have one responsible technical contact.
I coordinate the technical side, even when external measurement partners are involved.
This avoids confusion and fragmented responsibility.
From a management perspective, the benefits are clear:
faster availability of working programs
less trial-and-error on the machine
reduced pressure on internal teams
fully documented, audit-ready results
decisions based on clear data, not assumptions
All programs, structures, and recommendations remain with you.
Your internal team can continue using and extending them without dependency on external providers.
