All purchases on our Website are made exclusively online.
You can find the product you wish to order by:
using the left-hand menu with all categories and subcategories - Courses,
or by using the search bar.
Once you have selected the product, click the Order button, and it will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
After adding all desired products to the cart, proceed by clicking Checkout and completing the order page, where you will be asked to provide:
Order details: full name, complete address (county, city, street, number, building/staircase/apartment, intercom – if applicable).
Payment method: credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Delivery method: for digital products, access is instant after payment confirmation.
Once logged in (username and password), you can view your order history, check the status of current orders, edit/delete your profile, or place future orders without re-entering your contact details.
Note: There is no minimum order value.
For consulting and training services, orders are placed via the order form available on the Website.
On-site training: available only for companies located in Timișoara, Romania, and surrounding areas.
Online training: available to clients worldwide, based on scheduled sessions.
Consulting services: can be ordered online through the form, after which we will contact you to confirm the details (duration, objectives, delivery method).
After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation, and we will contact you to finalize the details and schedule the service.
